GUST spoofed a Russian play with humerous subtitles in this winning comedy entry to NaSTA 1979. Original Title “Natasha & Vladimir”.

In this scene, Alexej returns home to find his wife, Natasha, entertaining a strange man.

Written by regular contributor Alistair (Alexei) and produced by Gerry Law & Murray Peterson, it looked destined to be re-cast as a homosexual menage-à-trois starring the three principal movers because we couldn’t get a girl to play Natasha until Murray remembered a former school friend who was doing languages, Karen McCaffer. She played several parts and presented over the next couple of years and John Syme played the lover. The bearded announcer was another friend of Murray’s, Richard Cox (Dept. of Celtic Studies).
